A Man for All Seasons

Since most of the mothers in the US are working they have to maintain a balance between the work life and the personal life. Being a working mother is not so easy. The responsibilities would be more and ultimately the stress level would increase if one does not know how to manage things. The main reason for women turning out to jobs is their economic necessity. Society accepts them as a career women but do not accept them if they deviate from their responsibility as a career moms .If their partner can understand her correctly then he would definitely help her and there would not be any problems for the working woman.
