A Man for All Seasons

With many prominent organization in America taking part in this debate, Capital punishment has been in the news as the most controversial issue compared to other social or political and legal issues .There are many opinions for and against this issue based on the religious and emotional basis. The history of this has its roots long back during the existence of colonies which were governed by the law of its mother countries. This way of punishment and penalty were used against various crime subjects and it has changed periodically. When compared with the past there has been around thirty seven executions in 2008 and this was the lowest from the day it was enforced. This phenomenon according to the research and survey done by experts is expected to rise drastically in the year 2009.
